Peek Exhibition have helped organisers both locally and from abroad to implement thousands of successful events around New Zealand. As an exhibition, conference or event organiser, Peek Exhibition will provide you with a dedicated Event Coordinator to be your key point of contact for all logistical and operational aspects of your event.
We have a full CAD system in house containing a library of various venues and rooms throughout NZ. We have the ability to draw floor plan layouts customised to suit your exhibition. Once you are ready to proceed, Peek Exhibition will communicate professionally with your clients / exhibitors to establish their furniture, flooring, AV, signage and custom stand requirements several weeks out from the event and continue that service up to the event and with onsite support for late orders if required.
Pre Show exhibitor training meetings with sales staff present can be arranged should you wish. We would like to work with you to assist the exhibitors in any way we can, to ensure they have a positive exhibition experience. A help desk or site office will be setup onsite during exhibitor build up days to help with any last minute orders or queries.

Shell Scheme & Poster Boards
Our Frontrunner exhibition system provides a flush, Velcro receptive wall, quick and cost effective to construct. Walls are available in Black, grey, red, blue. It is ideally suited to a host of applications and exhibitions where exhibitors require a cost effective, strong, smooth panel surface. The frontrunner panels are also used as poster boards and room dividers.
Our Octanorm system offers a clean, professional appearance and is designed to easily incorporate upgrades such as graphics printed to panels and additional built-in features. Ideal for premium products and services or international exhibitions. Octanorm is a German product and is used worldwide. Shell Scheme Octanorm walls are available in white panels.

Internet Cafe & Display Pods
The internet is an integral part of our lives and we can make it an integral part of your exhibition with a specifically designed internet cafe or lounge.
Our custom display pod is a great alternative to the basic exhibition modular stand. It can be designed to suit individual events. The advantages are:

- Keeps visitors and customers at your event for longer by providing a means to stay in communication

We can provide carpet for small displays through to whole exhibition halls wall to wall.
Differentiate your feature areas with a sleek raised timber or melteca floor or by adding customised digital graphics. Our raised floors look great while hiding under floor power, compressor, computer and lighting cabling for example.
