MEETINGS Trade show Luxury trade display area
Conventions & Incentives New Zealand (CINZ) have been hosting MEETINGS, the trade show for the convention & incentive industry in New Zealand for over 20 years. Peek Exhibition has been the official exhibition build contractor for all that time.
In 2016, the CINZ team organising MEETINGS wanted to offer a premium or luxury area for relevant industry exhibitors of premium brands/products and services. This had been tried in the prior year but not necessarily executed in a fashion that supported the concept
The CINZ team asked Peek to design a Luxury display concept that could accommodate up to 12 Luxury product exhibitors in their own luxury area trade show section within the main MEETINGS trade show. The concept needed to be new and unique, visually impactful, re-usable and cost effective. The concept also needed to be relatively quick to assemble and dismantle, owing to the large number of exhibits and custom trade stands that Peek already builds at this event each year.
Peek created a design which reinforced the meaning of luxury and instantly appealed to CINZ and their exhibitors alike. The structure was created to work in pods of 4 booths, cleverly using timber as the key structure and acrylic for the substrate for graphics, creating a premium, contemporary and stylish look which complemented the luxury product offerings of the 12 exhibitors. Sheer curtain drops were added to further enhance and define the space for the luxury exhibitors at this key annual event.
The team at CINZ have engaged Peek for over 20 years to build the exhibition and registration for MEETINGS and their other trade show requirements in New Zealand and abroad, including the 100% Pure New Zealand stand at AIME .
