Is the cost of the hire for the duration of the show?
Cost of hire is up to the duration of the exhibition, not exceeding 7days. General Hire costs are not exceeding 7 days. Long term rates can be negotiated.

When is payment due for my hire order?
To secure your hire order we require payment prior to delivery. 

Why can’t you tell me the exact time my furniture will be delivered to my stand prior to the show?
While we do our best to give exhibitors an accurate time frame for their furniture deliveries, there are a range of factors which impact on delivery times, many of them are out of our control. Usually there are several trucks delivering equipment and other items to loading docks over different time spans, we cannot always be certain which truck will be allowed venue access first. Traffic congestion on roads in major cities is another unpredictable variable as is the speed of the stand build and we cannot deliver furniture until the stands have been completed.

Can I pick up my own furniture?
Yes, no problem – please contact us to arrange. Please note, our loading dock is open from 7.30am – 4.00pm Monday-Friday.

How do I attached signage to the panels?
On our frontrunner panels you can attach signage, posters and graphics by using hook velcro, small drawing pins and staples. Please note velcro, drawing pins and staples must be removed before collection. 

On our octanorm panels you can attached by signage, posters and graphics by using both the hook and loop velcro.
