Pacific Exposition 2019
Indonesian Embassy in Wellington hosted the very first
Pacific Exposition in 2019. The Exposition was a 3-day event aimed at
increasing business opportunities, networking, trade, investment and tourism in
the South Pacific. Peek Exhibition was engaged as the official
exhibition design & build contractor for this event.
The Indonesian Embassy team had a
vision to create a unique experience that combined exhibition, forums,
seminars, performance and concert in an impactful fashion. The aim was to divert
away from the usual exhibition wall systems and our team at Peek attended venue
viewings with the client, and designed visual concepts to suit different
scenarios.
The client wanted the exposition created as one entire
experience rather than individual segments of one event. Peek brought together all the different components, from measuring and
designing entry way decorations, print and install media walls, stage backdrops
and more.
Peek created floor plans for all areas
and designed unique stand packages both for ease of set up for the exhibitor and achieving the client’s vision of an event with a difference. Peek helped manage and print artwork
from all exhibitors, and custom design and build stands, collaborating with
individual exhibitors and agencies, based in Indonesia.
We were very pleased to have received great feedback from
the organisers as well as the exhibitors. The unique feel of the exposition was
impactful and the event was a business success for the Embassy and exhibitors, which attracted national media coverage.
